Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of northstudioart.com and any order you place with North Studio, operated by NPLOGS LLC. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & Personalization

Every piece is made to order based on the place, names, date, quote, and other details you provide. You're responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate. After you order, we'll design your piece and email a proof within 24 hours for your approval — nothing goes to production until you approve it or explicitly ask us to proceed.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify at the time of order. Shipping is free on every order.

Production & Shipping

Once you approve your proof, production takes 2-3 business days, followed by 3-7 business days shipping within the United States. See our Shipping page for full details. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is custom-made to your approved proof, we're not able to accept returns for personalization reasons once production has started. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your approved proof, we'll always make it right — see our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any names, quotes, photos, or other content you submit for personalization. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to design, produce, and fulfill your order, and you confirm you have the right to submit it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Site Content & Intellectual Property

Except for content you submit, all text, graphics, logos, and designs on the Site are owned by NPLOGS LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit personalization content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to use, or to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site's normal operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NPLOGS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the effective date above updated accordingly.
